Cous Cous on 1000plan - advice / help!!

On the 1000 plan you can have - it says - 40g of cous cous (dry). I weighed this out last night to have with my tuna steaks and it seemed to make loooaaadddss!! I only eat about half if that of it and was full. Going to have the rest tonight probably.

Is this weight right as it just seemed a lot? :confused:

Help please - also any ideas for flavours to put in couscous to liven it up a bit??

Well, 40gms of cous cous is about 1.5 oz I think. Not loads for me anyway. Sure you measured it out right?

I have had 40g of cous cous and it is just about right. I put coriander and lemon juice in mine...

think i better check this now - panicing!!! have just bought myself some digital scales off ebay as i have old regular ones which i still know work but am now a bit worried. Thanks both
