    Hi Everyone

I am feeling quite poorly at the moment but didnt want to fall off the wagon. My partner bought me some convent garden winter veg soup (as I told him fresh veg soup probably "isn't that bad") as soup is the only thing I can swallow without almost crying.

I have eaten the whole 600g and have now looked to see it is 16syns!

I think that seems high, I assume it is correct though?
(secretly hoping someone will tell me it is lower)

But I would not worry about this too much as you are ill and if soup is all you can have then thats what you need right now. Keep to as low fat/cal/ syn as possible. (hope you feel better).
