Crab sticks

These are my stable diet them and Bernard Matthews ham .... Silly question are they syn free as I eat alot of em lol

Hi there.

I know Crabsticks are free on red and EE, not sure about the BM Ham. I have a feeling it's 1/2 syn - 1syn per slice but could be wrong.

I eat a lot of crabsticks too. They're great snacking food.
