Hi, does anyone know what kinds if cracker/crispbreads can be used as a healthy B choice and how many you can have? I bought some finn crisp original rye rounds thinking I could have 3 but it turns out you can only have 2 which isn't enough to fill me up at lunch
I also have in the cupboard Ryvita's in Dark Rye, Sweet Onion and sesame variety and also some Morrisons NuMe Melba Toasts.... any of these any good? We are going on holiday soon (only UK) and I need something to have instead of pre-packaged sandwiches for lunch as we'll be hopefully having picnics, we are staying in a hotel room so will have no kitchen facilities at all!
