Aldi sesame/rye crispbread are also 6 per HeB. I prefer them to Ryvita and lovely and cheap. I think it's 59p for a big pack.:D

As for the cheese side of things I saw a recipe for a cheese dip/spread

Tub or quark
28g stilton

mix both together and leave in fridge overnight

Use as either a low fat spread or dip carrot sticks etc in for your cheese fix

I've been having these american salteen crackers and they are yummy! they are called premium and for five of them they are only 60 cals and 0g fat! I'm working them out as 3syns for them, do you think thats right? Anyway I know they sell them in Asda in the around the world section and they truly are nom and go with everything!! xx
