I am talking about what I think causes them in myself. I never got cramps before until I started to break my diet, so I am blaming the nibbles and too much coffee.
Don't really know for sure as my water intake was about the same.
On these occasions I have been out for the night and sitting in the one place so it could be to do with circulations as well?
All I Know is that the cramps were very painful:cry:
