Absolutly... thats half a week

I would reccomend success express for the rest of the week

what ever plan your doing... you have 2/3 superfree with your meals

You also get 2 Hex A and 2 Hex B on success express... and normal syns

EVEN if your doing extra easy!

For your syns, you syn at the highest amount, so if your eating something with syns 2 on green 5 on red... you syn it 5

Can't garentee it will save ya, but its deffinatly the best thing to try

Also drink your water/diluting squash 8 8oz glasses a day

You can defo pull it back , plenty of water and superfrees, and as mentioned before success express really boosts your losses good luck :D

Definately don't give up just because the first half of the week has been bad! You will just feel even worse about yourself come WI and possibly give up completely. Dust yourself off and start again, it happens to us all, don't worry!
