Hi girls and boys

Unfortunately thats what happened to my laptop, so possibly not much posting on Minimins for me for a while. Oh dear, I will miss my daily fix of CD news, progress and chat.
Might get issued with new equipment (I only have laptop provided by work for homeworking days) on Monday but otherwise I will just quickly 'pop in' from the office to see how you are all getting on until my IT problems resolved.
The good news is that I have lost 8 lb's (over past fortnight) and have resisted today's temptations as I have been at a friend's house right by the sea and my favourite fish n' chip shop. Who needs greasy old chip when I've had a very pleasing weight loss.

Thanks Mrs.Essex, I am over in Walton-on-the- Naze and the weather is great - it was carnival day yesterday. On my way to the pier soon but will regretably have to return to real life in Goodmayes this evening.
Keeping my fingers crossed that my IT situation will be sorted out! soon.
