craving so having a flavoured water

ive got a real craving for something sweet. There is chocolate in the house and I really want it but im having a flavoured fizzy water instead, only trouble is it has citric acid in it (asda apple and mango) but its better than chocolate surely? Ive been 100% WS since Monday, no carbs at all, not in ketosis yet, will the water just delay it? REALLY needed something sweet
