Cravings.... Help

Have something sweet like SF jelly and yoghurt, or meringue, or rhubarb and sweetener. Maybe egg custard or cheesecake? You can do it!:)

A chocolate drink made with skimmed milk, sweetener, and low fat cocoa (difficult to find but health food shops have it) used to do it for me.
Or have a go at making muffins or a galette. I'm not a brilliant cook but my chocolate muffins were heavenly for those moments when only sweet will do.

Or for a quick fix make some custard (tolerated item) with custard powder, skimmed milk and sweetner

I has these craving yesterday and im a chocolate monster so not giving in was hard but I made up some jelly with Greek Yoghurt in so it was sweet and creamy and really hit the spot! x

Thank you all ladies. Managed to stave off the cravings with sf jelly (probably mote than I'm allowed) and 0% Greek yoghurt. I was rewarded with a 2.5lb loss this morning, my first loss on cruise.

Am so glad I stuck to it! Rewarded myself this morning with a slice of smoked bacon (all the rind and fat removed though!)
