Creme Fraiche, garlic and mushroom sauce
Quick and easy to make
More than enough for 2 people.
120 mls low fat creme Fraiche (4 pro points/2 per serving)
200g chestnust mushrooms
1/2 cloves garlic ( depending on how garlicy you want it )
Coriander ( to own taste)
15 mls Flora cuisine or olive oil
Fine chop or crush garlic and lightly fry
Add sliced mushroom and fry til cooked
Add creme Fraiche
Bring to the bubble
Add finely chopped coriander
Simmer, stirring continually
Serve immediately
