Cream and mushroom sauce?

We are having steak tonight and I would love to make a creamy mushroom sauce to go with it.

Does anyone have any good low fat recipes please x

Creme Fraiche, garlic and mushroom sauce

Quick and easy to make

More than enough for 2 people.

120 mls low fat creme Fraiche (4 pro points/2 per serving)
200g chestnust mushrooms
1/2 cloves garlic ( depending on how garlicy you want it )
Coriander ( to own taste)
15 mls Flora cuisine or olive oil

Fine chop or crush garlic and lightly fry
Add sliced mushroom and fry til cooked
Add creme Fraiche
Bring to the bubble
Add finely chopped coriander
Simmer, stirring continually
Serve immediately

Enjoy!

Great with steak, chicken and fish

yup, will be trying this one too!! I can see Im going to be a domestic goddess and hopefully a much lighter one with all of these great recipes!
