In the recipes on that lindas low carb thingy it says cream cheese, what cream cheese are we supposed to use? thank you! xx

Philly most likely.

Yeah or sainsburys own brand which is like 40p or something. Doesn't matter really, as long as it's not one of the "light" products

Not quark, it's fat free!! But i guess if you have it to use up.......

It depends what I'm doing

If it's a cold recipe I use ASDA full fat cream cheese.

If I'm cooking I use full fat philadelphia because I find some of the cheaper ones curdle when you heat them up

I find that with the low fat ones too.
