Creamy tomato sauce

Does anyone know of a recipe (preferably syn free) for a creamy tomato sauce, to be used for baked cannelonni? Loved the spinach & cottage cheese filling but thought the tomato sauce topping was too rich and needed to be creamier.

Please help
 
I think your best bet is passata with half a teaspoonful of Splenda to take the sharpness out of it, and then slowly add Fat Free fromage frais, tasting it as you go until it is to your taste :D
