creme fraiche and philly

I've seen a recipe for pasta which contains low fat creme fraiche and low fat garlic and herb philadelphia. I was just wondering the syns values for these or whether they are classed as free??
Any help greatly appreciated!

WW creme fraiche is 1.5syns per tbsp, other reduced fat ones are 2 syns per tbsp (i think) and all the usual full fat ones are 4 syns xx
