Hi all im pretty new to this and have no idea if this question is in the right place
Does anyone know the syn value of walkers tomato snaps crisps please???

They are my fav but im scared to eat them incase they are crazily high!!! x

all snack type foods like crisps/chocolate etc have no free food allowance, so you can work out by using 1 syn for every 20 calories.

oh thank you so much!! They are 112 calories so was not sure if you round it up or down if that makes any sense!!!! So im guessing 6 if its rounded up and 5.5 if its rounded down??? Sorry but this is all new to me xxx Thanks for your reply xxxxx

It is closer to 110 than 120 so you would round down

Do you like Skips? They're only 4.5 syns and I love 'em. Those tomato "Snaps" with the crocodile on the front are about the same I think... Mm.
