i have lost a stone and have had very few imperfections in quite a few weeks.

I have just been eating Raisins and cheese like a mad woman and have probably made 1500 kcal on an extremely sedentary day.

I have to stop all cheats so that is back to my rules but how do i turn the corner to leave the fridge alone?

This is how far i have got with my diets in the last several years
it has to be different now

I'm still obese and i don't want to regain this stone it is my health my mobility my fitness my life
