Crosse & Blackwell Pasta In 5

My god, I have been eating tons of the crossed & blackwell pasta in 5.

I thought they were free ...... clearly I was wrong!!!

I'm a bit gutted as I've stocked up on them as there buy one get one free at iceland at the mo!!1

How many syns are in them, are they high

Cheese n Broccoli is 1.5 syns
Chicken and Mushroom is 1 syn
Spag Bol is 2.5
Spicy Tomato is 1.5 Syns
Tomato n herb is 1.5 syns
All calculated as on green

All say made up as directed dried 100g cooked which still baffles me is that 100g of dried weight and sod whatever it weighs after its cooked or 100g after its cooked ??

Och not too bad then, at least they are not hugley synned. I hate when you think something is free and it turns out it isn't. When i first joined sw in 2003, i thought when they were talking about free supernoodles that it was the regular ones, not the low fat ones. I was having like 2 packs of curry noodles at a time and turned out they were about 7 syns per pack!!
