Cruise to Conso - weight

I'm creeping so close to my goal weight, only a couple of pounds to go. The question is do I move onto Conso the first time I hit my target weight, or do I wait until I've stayed that weight for a few days?

I've had a few slip-ups on the way but have still managed to lose weight and feel so much better in my clothes (even getting into a dress that I bought 5 years ago, that I've never worn :0):)

I would go slightly under your goal weight, just to give yourself a little cushion. That's what I'm planning to do when I eventually get there.

Moving to conso isn't a stop/go sort of thing - you just continue what you are doing (6pv/1pp) and add a few things.

So you can easy yourself into it over a few days.
