As per starlight's request here are a couple of things I have tried this week.

Crustless quiche:
In a flan dish space out your ingredients (for mine it was king prawns, flaked salmon fillet and wilted spinach)
Pour over enough beaten egg to just cover the ingredients (my dish is 21" and it took 7 eggs. I beat these with a little double cream as I dont want milk due to carbs)
Cook at 180C, times will vary. For my large flan dish it took approx 20 mins.
After the first 10 mins I grated a small amount of cheese on top approx 35g.
I cut this in to 4 pieces and it made a good sized portion. Could be served with a small green salad but be careful of your veg so you don't overdo the carbs.

Make sure you grease you flan dish well with either butter or olive oil (for the best low carbs) otherwise the quiche will really stick

Celeriac chips: cut celeriac in to chips, boil for approx 7 mins until soft, leave to dry out for approx 20 mins, pop on baking tray with some olive oil and bake for approx 30 mins depending on the thickness. Served this with a chicken breast with a piece if ww bacon cooked in top

All low carb and very tasty

I have found adding 1 tsp of boullion to a stir fry makes it really tasty... especially with either prawns, chicken or ham stir fry. No other seasoning is needed.
