Cucumber cups!

Easy to make for taster days ( took mine today )
You can use any free filling you fancy.

Cut cucumber into inch pieces.

Scoop tiny hole out with melon baller.

I used boiled egg chopped with 1 tbsp cottage cheese sprinkled with paprika.

Place filling into cucumber cup. Done!
