Can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as a syn free cup a soup.? I got slim a soup but its like 3 syns or something. (and it stinks too lol)

doubt there would be a synfree cup a soup lol
a couple of ways would be to
make your soup up (large batch of it) freeze portions of it then when you want one ie to take to work take it out the night before let it defrost, heat it up and add it to a food flask
another option is to take the soup as a healthy extra.
