cup of tea

I cant remember if i am allowed 1 cup of tea with milk, I thought i had read you can somewhere but now i cant find it, anyone know???

Hiya, I read in the program guide in the starter pack that you can have 3 mugs of tea a day, or coffee...but use sweetner instead of sugar!

If you like it, try green tea. Its yum and it counts towards your water intake!
