Got a bit of a leaving party 2moro for a friend, and was planning on taking cup cakes, as they r her fave.
But will I or not, if I have one, I dread to think of the syns.
Any help wud b great.

Depends on the brand - they will be 1 syn for every 20 calories to help you decide

I made cupcakes from a packet for my birthday. They were 15 to 20 syns each depending on the flavour. Hope that helps.

Not really-that's about average! Even low fat one from places like Costa are about 15-17 syns

well i had the cupcake, it was mmmm, but hey ive had my treat today, i will just have syn free meal today, egg, ham & mushroom omlette for lunch is the plan.

And I've seen a lot that are around 6 to 8 syns, but not 15! Maybe if they have frosting and what not on them though, I guess that would add a lot.

They're only mini ones tho aren't they altho still not bad for 4 syns
