I am obsessed with cupcakes - anyone got any really good SW friendly recipes?

Heres one for Strawberry cupcakes:
Make up ASDA Smart Price sponge cake mix (27p) by following the instructions on the pack, and then add one tablespoon of strawberry flavouring and one tablespoon of vanilla essence. Add around half a tablespoon of cake mix to 14/16 cake cases. Add a half-teaspoon of reduced sugar strawberry jam to each and topped with a further large heaped tablespoon of mix. Bake as directed on packet. For the topping, a packet of Sugar Free Strawberry Angel Delight mixed with Quark and Splenda.
The packet of mix comes in at 31 syns. The jam is ¼ syn per ½ tsp. The topping is 10 ½ syns.
14 cupcakes = 3.21 syns each
16 cupcakes = 2.84 syns each

i have a recipe for choco-berry cupcakes which makes 8

ingredients are

2 eggs
6 level tbsp of caster sugar
10z of low fat margarine
20z self raising flour
1 level tbsp cocoa powder
A few drops of vanilla essence
32 raspberries
8tsp very low fat natural yoghurt
icing sugar to dust

preheat oven to 180 and line 8 small bun tins with paper cases. Whisk the eggs with the caster sugar and margarine until pale and creamy. Sift the flour and cocoa powder over and fold into the mixture with the vanilla essence.
Place 3 raspberries in the base of each paper case and divide the cake mix over them. Bake for 15-20 mins or until firm and springy to touch. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.

Decorate by spooning 1tsp of fromage frais over each cupcake, place a raspberry on top and serve with lightly dusted icing sugar
