I would be so chuffed to have lost that much in 2 weeks! I guess it depends on what you feel works best for you. Personally i dont think i could go back on a VLCD after last time, it messed with my head too much!! x

It is a pretty good loss in 2 wks i know. But i always mess up after a month or so! And im so so impatient really i am!
I was chatting to another girl on the lipotrim forum and she lost 3 stone in 7 wks i want to loose 3 stone too maybe a little more ill see when i get there.

Cant remember who said it about a VLCD being hard and messes with your head well your right it is really hard but im so determained to to it this time i hate being the fat one lately its so depressing :cry:

Iv my birthday holiday in the summer and i want the weight gone well before that so i can focus on maintaning

I could have written the above post myself. Ive done CD before and its damn hard. I get cranky, exhausted, constipated (soz), starving, bad headaches in the first few days but hey I know I could lose at least half a stone in that first week!

Hi Lady, I can completely understand - I'm sick to death of being "the fat one" too - I'm getting reallyimpatient and cant wait to get to the point where I'm maintaining. Hi Peeps, just checkin in letting you all know im still alive lol
Had my first weigh in yesterday morning and iv lost 12 lbs
soo happy with that result!

For the last couple of weeks iv been a bit down, but im happy to say i feel likemy lifes back on track now!
