Hi, was wondering if anyone could help me please, my nan brought me this tray of curry and chips which is frozen and you can either oven cook them or microwave, the box on the front says 330g and on the back it states 100g = 172cals and 0.7 sat fat, which works out as 2.5 ...

after cooking them by oven i weighed half of them and it only weighed to 130g!

So i'm confused, will the 2.5 for 100g be for when they are cooked, or when they are frozen? as it doesn't state on the box?

    thanks! :)
