Cauli rice...I'll see if I can find a recipe for that as I'm a bit of and dumb cook and have no idea. Thanks everyone! Just eating some jelly with cream on as a treat, watching boyfriend eating popcorn and crisps ahhhh!! Just thinking of Saturday and first weigh in :D

Cauli rice is easy, Lisalisa - grate a cauli and zap it in the microwave for about 6 mins - I add a dribble of water and it seems to make it quite fluffy.

I also have boiled cabbage with curry.

I pan fry mine in butter.

Sometimes I add egg and soy sauce too but oooo dietkitty the bousin idea sounds nice - have to try that one :D
