    HI all.

My mum has given me a masala "curry kit" which is basically a packet of spices and tells you to add onions, tomato's and chickens to and the rest of the ingredients are in this packet.
It has no nutritional information on there but the ingredients in the packet are as follows:-

    black pepper
    garlic powder
    clove
    star aniseed
    ground green cardomon
    pimento
    black cardomon
    nutmeg
    salt
    coriander
    paprika
    cumin
    chilli powder
    onion powder
    lovage seeds
    vegetable oil
    fennel
    citric acid
    turmeric
    pepper clove
    cinnamon
    red lentil
    colour(E124)
    Lemon oil
    fenugreek
    ground bay leaf

There is 1 packet inside the box which is 75 grams and says it contains 8 servings.
Also on the back it tells you the recipe for 2 servings and says to use 2 tablespoons of the "mix".

You only have to add 2 blended onions, chicken, a tin of chopped tomatos and half a cup of water to the mix when cooking.

Do you think there will many syns in this?

    Thanks.
