Curry overload!

Oh dear...I'm currently feeling a bit full; well a lot full. I've been a complete pig today. Still within my syns, but SOOO feel like I'm not going to lose weight after today.

For lunch I had a home made Chicken Biryani; and for tea I've just had TWO portions of Butternut Squash Curry and Rice.

Please tell me it will be alright! Hmm, not sure, Weigh in is tomorrow :eek:

I had two portions of quorn pasta bake as well. Its the weather.
BUT - it's syn free so it's allowed! Loads of veggies!
