Curry Powder

    I have been adding curry powder to my soups, I'm sure I was told somewhere this was okay but I am now starting to panic incase I have made a mistake :eek: - can anyone advise?

    I sometimes have about a teaspoon of curry powder in my soup in the evening and its made absolutely no difference to ketosis or weightloss xxx

    I've used curry powder, chilli powder, black pepper, paprika and fire-eaters (not all at the same time I might add!). It didn't seem to make any difference to my weight loss and it certainly didn't affect ketosis.

    CD recommend no more than 1g of curry powder to soup as it can kick off cravings in some.
