I have been adding curry powder to my soups, I'm sure I was told somewhere this was okay but I am now starting to panic incase I have made a mistake - can anyone advise?
I've used curry powder, chilli powder, black pepper, paprika and fire-eaters (not all at the same time I might add!). It didn't seem to make any difference to my weight loss and it certainly didn't affect ketosis.
