hey everyone :)

anyone have a low point recipe for curry sauce? i want to make curry sauce and onions for over chips yummmmm:p

I dont make my own curry sauce, but if you like chinese curry sauce Mayflower do a fab chinese curry sauce mix and its low it fat/points too.

I get mine from the local costcutter, I know they sell it in Spar not sure about the big supermarkets though, I've never seen it in any of them.

Don't know any recipes I'm afraid, not a big curry sauce fan :(
all about the chips , cheese and mayo for me !!! (which i have not had since been on WW.... hangovers are just not the same anymore lol)
BUT dunno how keen you are on making it, but Asda instant sachet stuff is only 1 point per 1/2 sachet? dunno if it's even tasty but it's the best i can offer :p

try boliing some veg is stock for 10 mins - green beans, cauli, onion, pepper, mush rooms and drain and stir through some madras curry paste and a tin of tomatoes. 60 g rice and only 4 points

Asda smart price mild curry sauce in a jar is like chip shop curry sauce and is 3 points for half a jar, it's about 6p I think!!HTH

5. Add the carrots and roasted butternut squash
6.Remove the skin of 3 tomatoes, blend and add.
