Morning can anyone recommend a curry without using cream? I have turkey that u need 2 use up and tins chopped tomatoes and a cupboard full of spices.x

Just do it as normal but without the cream  I very rarely use cream or any cream substitute in my curries. I just fry some onion, garlic & ginger until softening, then add the spices for a minute or so, then chuck in the meat/veg, a tin of tomatoes, bit of tomato puree and a stock cube and leave it to cook. Done.

Theres a gazillion curry recipes out there if you google, you usually just have to omit the oil, they're pretty syn-free otherwise.

Excellent thanks for that do u think I would just b able to stick it all in slow cooker as going out shopping for my mums birthday prezzie?

Yeah, course :) Just put a bit less liquid in than you normally would.

I sometimes stir in a bit of syn free natural yoghurt just before serving to make a change from time to time.
