Hi all i am making a curry tonight.
Cant wait Curry, SW chips, rice and my option to naan - asda Pitta.

Normally i make my usual curry sauce with curry powder, flour, veg stock, tin tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic and coconut cream.
Can anyone tell me if i can swap the coconut cream to yoghurt will it be free?
I dont know if flour is free and if vug stock cubes are free.

Or if anyone has any easy curry recipies.

FF natural yoghurt is free, flour is 5.5 syns for 28g and stock cubes are free.

There are loads and loads of curry recipes in the recipe threads - have a search round!

I also don't see why you need a thickener?? I've never thickened a curry! My base is always garlic, ginger, whatever spices are needed, tomato puree and tinned tomatoes. I add yoghurt too.

I will try it without a thickener then.

How does this sound?

Curry Powder
Lemon Juice
Passata
Natural Yoghurt
Garlic

Then add to Chicken corgettes baby sweetcorn mushrooms onions and peppers.

Hope it turns out ok.

Just to check does the curry powder need to be syned? x
