After 3 weeks on holiday I am back and ready to get back to class tomorrow evening. To get my weight loss back on track I'm going to start cycling 3 times a week. Just wondering if any other people have found their weight loss or inch loss improved with cycling..

Hi all, I'm looking to get back onto my exercise bike and wondered if anyone had found any good training programmes online? I know Bupa do training programmes for running, but I haven't had much luck finding a training one for indoor biking! I think I'm quite a visual person and I like ticking off the days when I have completed the exercise. x
