Hey all hope u al r good n lossn the weight... Thought I'd to the dairy as this will hopefuly b my motiv :D so plz tel me if anythn is wrng in my dairy .. Xxx


Well it's midnight n I'm still awak can't slp cos I'm thinkin of chngin my ww meeting day.. I go on a Tuesday evenin at 6 but I Nw think it will b bettr if I go on saturday mornings at 10am ... Think it will be bettr n the mornings as I dnt really lik going in the evenings ... Hmmmm wht do u all think?? Xxx

Oh my god!!!! I usally go to a ww tuesday meetin n iv came to a Saturday meetin and I put on hlf a pound!!!! :( I wrt dwn everything I put in my mouth!!!! Thts happenin!!!! Any chnce it could b the fact I only been weighd 4 days ago??!? Help :(

It may b because u only got weighed 4 days ago, weight goes up & down all the time, that's y if u can I'd get weighed same time every week! I was also told be our team leader that sometimes u may lose inches instead of pounds :) don't worry about it too much, just stick at it & it will work :) if u still struggle have a word with your team leader xxx :)

Some tyms I think it's hard cos I'm frm a Asian family and we make so many currys n it's hard for me to point thm but thn again thy r nt bad as the tkaway ones as thy use lots of oils n tht n anyone help as hw I should point it????

Mmmm I love a good curry, & they r much more delicious made from scratch :) r u there when they are made? Just go back to basics and write down the points for every ingredient! Tomato based 1s r best rather than creamy, & spices r free! Then divide the total points in to portions! When your weigh in? Xx :)

Hmmm nicola only if it was tht easy Hun thy put in abt 10 tblsp of oil n the whole pan n thn onions garlic ginger n thn chicken n thn any veg in if u wana so it's kinda weird!!! Haha my way in Nw is next Saturday ... N I'm at a relatives house n she has put fried spring rolls and pakora infront of us !! N iv nt touched any :) evry happy with myslf :D

Well done for not touching the spring rolls & pakoras! Bet u feel great because uv said no! :) is it possible 2 make a separate 1 just for u, the same but not as much oil? If not, maybe go for a smaller portion & serve it with veg instead of rice or bread?

Keep trying though Hun :) if u want to lose it u will :) xx

Well good luck with ww i'l speak to u thru the week and c how u r doing! Iv got weigh in wed, looking forward to it, but not at the same time :s once our little girl is in bed tonight I'm guna crack on with an exercise DVD, seen as tho her daddy's at work & iv got the house to myself, no1 can here me dying! I'm good thank u, it's weigh day today; 1/2 lb off :( not brilliant but I suppose it's off. Hopefully a bit more will come off this week!

It's a good thing you're eating loads, iv noticed that sometimes eating more of the good things help u lose weight, rather than small worse meals, keep it up it will soon come off :)

Hi Fali! Was just looking at your statistic and i think you may have been given to many points to start with! Im 5"3 and start weight was 189lb and got allocated 29pp daily, then my mother in law who is also same height as you but weighs 16stone was allocated 30pp so 33 does seem a bit high for you!!
Just a suggestion and gd luck with your weigh ins xx
