I'm aiming to do something different every day for the rest of June. I have had a very long break from exercising so it's going to be a challenge to keep motivated. I do go out on my bike if the weather is good but I want to do things on those days I can't get out.
Today I've already been for a bike ride but I'm going to do 15 min skipping as well.
