Hi guys! Thanks very much! Today's WI is 1.5 lbs off! Happy to have lost but I was really aiming for 2lbs this week. It is * week though so I'm hoping it will show next week!

I feel soooo tired this morning! Wouldn't say I'm feeling nervous about my driving test but it's not for a few hours and I'll be at work in the meantime.

Breakfast : bran flakes with milk and banana (both hexs)

Snack : cuppa tea with Alpen light bar, carrot sticks 3.5 syns

Lunch : homemade tomato soup and yoghurt

Dinner : seasoned chicken with Med veg 1.5 syns with rice

Snack : 5 syns rice cakes and laughing cow

Gonna try and keep my syns low this week until Wednesday! Heading for a wedding reception and I want to have a few spare for a cheeky glass or two of champagne!

Morning all! Seems everyone bar myself is interested in the Super Bowl. I honestly don't get it!

Going to pick up my license today! Yay! And hopefully get organised for a car this week
Breakfast: all bran with milk, banana and berries

Snack : Apple, left milk from hex a and 5syns Jaffa cakes, fat free yoghurt and berries

Lunch : shisk tawooq - chicken with rice with grilled tomato and herbs 3 syns

Snack : 4 syns - large cuppa and Alpen bar

Dinner : steak with salad and 1 Syn of laughing cow cheese

Good morning!!! I'm in good form today!

Did a bit of prep this morning so snacking has been great and healthy this morning! I am heading to a wedding reception tonight so I will be good! There will be lots of seafood so I'm sure a lot of it will be SW friendly!

Breakfast : Banana, strawberries, all bran and milk (hexs)

Snack : carrot sticks, Alpen bar (3.5 syns) and leftover hex a milk

Lunch : syn free grilled chicken! It was gorgeous!!!

Dinner : will take some photos! Hoping for 2 glasses of wine as well! (10 syns)

Alright, back on track today as much as I can! Heading to a hotel for a wee cheeky couples weekend! So excited for my massage tomorrow!

Breakfast : all bran, strawberries and milk (both hexs)

Snack alpen light and options hot chocolate (5.5 syns)

Lunch : rice salad

Snack : alpen bar 3.5 syns

Dinner: Pasta!!! I love pasta! - salad for starters and ravioli for dinner..

Then half a bottle of champagne!!!
