caffiene tables yes or just drink diet coke??

well it looks like it. I have always found when doing weight watchers a black coffee strong really boosted my weight loss.

Interesting, doesn't sound like Atkins to me somehow.

I think so Linz its just another marketing ploy, they have taken all the things people thought scary about atkins and changed it.
especially the caffiene thing.

Well i hope you are going to read asap so you can let us know we dont need to buy it ;)

I'm pretty sure they will Linz.

Hi All,

Looks like they are slightly upping the carb intake but reducing calories. Restricting meat but adding fruit and veg.
On CD you have about 60g carbs but only 600 ish calories.
From what ive read, this sounds the same where you are filling up on veggies and protein but staying away from the processed carbs.
Lower calorie intake and slightly restricting carbs.

11lb loss last week for me says to stick to what i know, and people on here like jim who are proof that it works.

sort of Atkins lite then?

I thought the whole science behind it originally was eat fat to burn fat.

I've just read part of the report and it sounds like Neris & India's Pig 2 Twig. After their 2 week induction you can introduce berries and more carbier veg like swede and carrots. Also very like the Harcombe diet too.
