Aww thank you i am 5ft 5 and a size 14 (size 16 in shops like Topshop because the sizes are tiny!!). It took me ages to drop to a 16 then I went down to a 14 really quickly, it was very strange!!

stayed the same again today but yesterday i went to the gym and was really hungry so ended up having 4 packs and my ss+ meal.
not lost anything yet this week

I've STS feel like the scales haven't moved this week!! Lots of water today and tomorrow. Got official WI on Tuesday!!

10.11 but think its 10.10.5 cause wi has said i lost more than numbers show. it says i've lost 3lb. but i hadn't lost anything since wed so its caught up.
