Lol I'm finding it ok, today is a struggle as I have a day off work I am just about to start cleaning the house.

Fingers crossed for ya Hun let us know how you get on with your meeting! Hope you are below the 40mark. Do you know how much you have to lose to get to 40?

Going by my scales ive only got 2 lbs to loose.
My cdc scales are probably different, i just hope and pray they are in my favour.
I have lost 3lbs so far (had 5 or more to loose).
Ive been drinking loads of water and trying to cut out carbs.
Bet your house will be gleaming later ;)

well done thats great although i wouldnt jump on scales every day for much longer they can mess with your head big time! trust me i used to be obsessed im on day 4 and havent looked yet not going to just stick to once a week......well try too!! :)

Keighleyjo - you might want have a look at my daily WI. It's over on the Cambridge weigh ins section, imaginatively called jayellekay weigh ins.

I'm in week 13 now, and have recorded the scales everyday.

I started at 16st 6 and have been 100% all the way through. Might give you an idea of timing of mini goals etc.

30/03 = 16:4 -2lb (-3lb)
31/03 = 16:2 -2lb (-5lb) binged on toast!!
