Light triangles are 1.5 syns and think you can have 5 as your healthy extra on EE plan.
Cup a soup is 5 syns and spaghetti hoops are free

It's 4 dairylea light triangles for a healthy extra. I think it might have changed in the latest book.
Cup a soups range from 4-7 syns, it depends on the flavour and whether it has croutons or not
Slim a soup are all either 2.5 or 3.
