Im a 53 year old Nana back on SW after a year break. Cant afgord classes so doing it myself. Ive gone over by 12 syns today...super angry at myself. Am now Full time night shift nurse confused as to when to eat dinner? When i come in or before i go??? Any ideas??

When I did night work it was in a call centre for a bank. A bit easier to have breaks maybe.

When I got home in the morning around 7.30 I would have coffee and breakfast.

I didn't always go straight to bed. I think I had dinner around 5-7pm depending how I slept.

I would take lunch to work.

I found that I did not want 'dinner' after work. Too tired and it felt like morning.

I worked Mon to Fri. 11pm to 7 am. Sat Sun no work. Sat was like a work day for food, lunch was fitted in. Used to have a shorter sleep

Sunday was normal. Monday has breakfast quite late. Had a sleep late afternoon. Dinner before work, lunch taken to work.

Hope that makes sense. It was quite easy because days and times did not change. XXX Doreen
