After waking up positive and polishing my halo - I have discovered I've got to work WITHOUT my packs!! what a dumpty!

Do I not eat till later and live on coffee???

make sure and get plenty of fluids to keep the hunger bungles away, if you're busy today you might not feel like you miss them too much. If you do try and slip away early today (maybe an emergency dentist apt?) and make it up to them tomorrow

Can you get a salad from anywhere. I have had the grilled chicken salads from MacDonalds before and they haven't made a difference to the weight loss (but that is invariably when I'm on a shopping marathon).

Dont beat yourself up about it. Just have a salad (no carrots) as you arent' binging you are still being sensible. I bet you it wont make any difference to your weight loss.

how about a cheese salad?

why not do a low carb salad... you could try some of the following;
lettuce cucumber celery egg tuna cheese mayo

dunno if you eat fish or eggs but these are almost no carbs. as long as you pick from above it will keep you in ketosis!

its only one lunch time, so wont affect your weight loss so long as you dont eat carbs
