make sure and get plenty of fluids to keep the hunger bungles away, if you're busy today you might not feel like you miss them too much. If you do try and slip away early today (maybe an emergency dentist apt?) and make it up to them tomorrow :)

Can you get a salad from anywhere. I have had the grilled chicken salads from MacDonalds before and they haven't made a difference to the weight loss (but that is invariably when I'm on a shopping marathon).

Yeah - I'll have a plain green salad just so I dont fall asleep on the way home!!

Then not be such a dumb ass tomorrow!!

how about a cheese salad?

why not do a low carb salad... you could try some of the following;
lettuce cucumber celery egg tuna cheese mayo

dunno if you eat fish or eggs but these are almost no carbs. as long as you pick from above it will keep you in ketosis!

its only one lunch time, so wont affect your weight loss so long as you dont eat carbs

I think thats what I'll do (with out the tuna - I'm a PROPER veggie)
