Hello all im Danii and will be moving over from exante i am ready for the move now plus im struggling alot. I dont have the book yet so will be reading about the diet on here.

Im starting tomorrow morning (Saturday 21th April) im really excited ive not weighed for a week last week i was 11stone 12 lbs, so not far to go but tonight im going to a friends party so will weigh in the morning.

Im getting an idea from here and will pop to Asda early morning I will be doing the induction for 2 weeks.

Can u have bacon, sausages??

Eggs, cheese, bacon, mushrooms

prawns,grated cheese lettuce,cucumber

chicken with mushrooms and broccoli

Assume you have read sticky - so you are thinking of starting artkins - stay with legal food and should be ok! Remember to eat plenty of greenery - atkins works best as a high veg diet with 15 of your 20g of daily carbs coming from vegetables
