Just take it easy on yourself and get through the first few days, taking it shake by shake and filling up on plenty of water. After a few days ketosis will kick in and take the edge of things. By the time your first weigh in arrives you'll be well on your way, and the buzz that you get from your losses will spur you on to continue.
Try and stay busy to keep your mind off food. Keep reading and posting on MiniMins, I found it a wonderful distraction as everyone is friendly and supportive on here.
Oh it DEFINATELY gets easier. Course you are hungry today, you are used to eating food every day! Your body will soon get used to the new regime then there will be no stopping you.
I saw earlier that you had 2 packs already. You can split your packs rather than have 3 "meals" have 6 "meals"
It will help with the hunger.
You can have black tea and coffee with a tablet sweetener and the warm liquid in your stomach should help you with the hunger pangs.
Its true what they say, the first couple of days are the hardest, but stick with it! If you have a pack left have half now then half later, then have a bath and an early night!!
Soon you will be in ketosis and that will make things much easier.
Stick on here too, theres lots of threads/challenges etc going, also investigate the arcade, lots of games in there which whiles away the time!!
