morning every1....
day 1, morning 1, meal 1..... porridge :sign0137::sign0137:, i can quite honestly say i wont be eating it again!!!! had about 3/4's of it but i only got 3 packets so i have 2 left, but i wont be eating them!!

making a start on the water now so see how it goes today, so far so good

Good luck Sarah, you know you can do it. I started CD 5 weeks ago at 14st 1 and feel loads better already - stick with it and you'll be feeling great in no time at all xx

Good luck Sarah - I am on my restart today too, we can do it!!

It's a shame you don't like the porridge - I LOVE IT! It's my favourite! But thankfully there are plenty of products out there to suit everyone x
