OK, first day back on shakes... was stupid enough to plan a gym trip with the personal trainer... which I done in my lunchbreak today!! Didn't have any shakes before I went (im clearly a glutton 4 punishment!) then came bk from the gym knackered and had 2 shakes...

Now im home, out of the freezin cold and I'M STARVIN!!!!!!!!

I've just had a hot bath to warm myself up... but it hasn't cut the hunger!! Mum has just made something that smells delish... but im up in my bedroom..... I wanna go down and make a shake..... but it smells gorgeous and i dont trust myself!!!! AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH

Claire be strong, get ur willpower back what helped u to lose the intial 5 stones in the first place, good luck and am really proud of you that u never gave up on this totally!
