Well two packs down and 2 litres of water gone, starting to get a headache and feeling tired! Starting to realise what a big challenge I have ahead of me! 14 hour shift and work tomorrow don't no weather or not it will be harder or easier! When you you guys find it the hardest. Xxxx

Well done & keep going! Just think of the end result..

I found it got easier after the first few days, I stopped thinking about food.

I find it hardest at the weekend when hubby and daughter are home and if we aren't too busy!but my weigh in day is Monday so that's what keeps me going! Xx

I promise you will only feel like that for the first 2 days, and then you'll wake up on the 3rd day feeling amasing when your in ketosis. The 1st 2 days were so hard for me, the 1st day my tummy was actually aching for food, and the 2nd day i had such a bad miagraine in the evening, but i took 2 paracetemol and it went soon after. Just think of your 1st big week weight loss and how happy you will be. Congrats on starting and I look forward to hearing how your getting on x
