day 1 second time round!

Well welcome back me lol

I've come down stairs this morning, ice had a black coffee, cleared my kitchen of the last few things needed to be binned, fed the birds with what I could (I hate waste)

I'm not hungry right now, so remembering the hunger from last time, ihave decided to stretch my breakfast shake out a little till I'm hungry today and maybe a couple of days, once I'm back into it, I shall do my normal shake at 9am, shake at 1:30 and soup at 6...

I've been eating since beginning of Nov I think it is, and I have to admit, I'm sick of it lol, it will be great to not have to decide what to have for dinner for a while...

My first goal is just to get into ketosis, I will be making sure I drink plenty, I remember the headaches last time, and water is the cure lol remember that...

Second goal us to just do the first week, stay sane, and not get too *****y with my lived ones like I did last time (ooops) sorry

Third goal.. Hmmm 1 stone off. It came off quick last time, but I had more to lose, I don't know if it works like that, I'm hoping not lol fingers crossed

After that it's half a stone at a time

Anyway, it helps being on here and along with the olduns from last time (no offence lol) and the newbies this time we can all succeed... Yeeee Haaaaa lol
