I am at end of week 1 of my 1st try of CD (Weigh-in in 2 hours!!!). It totally gets easier. Be prepared to feel a bit tired and cranky over the next 2 days, but after that you will be well-away.
I no longer feel hungry at all and my energy levels are certainly equal to pre-diet and perhaps.... a little better!
I have not had to stop doing anything and have definately lost inches, and I hope llbs too!! (my shoes are loose!).
Everyone here is fab - keep checking in and tell us how you feel and you get those little boosts you need when it gets a bit tough.
Try writing a blog too to just write down how you are feeling day by day. I have found that really useful.
You can succeed.... (try the choc mint shake... yum yum!)
